Fractal Digital Agency is a Malaysian business registered with SSM in 2025. We build and run our own products, starting with LAPAN Nav™, and act as vendor and developer for a small number of partners, like Avokindo Digital Sdn Bhd.

Founder, Fractal Digital Agency
Leslie Chan is a Malaysian developer with a background across engineering, robotics and e-commerce. He builds LAPAN Nav in public, sits in the same highway jams as everyone else, and leads every Fractal build personally.

Every product starts as a written specification: what it does, what it must never do, and how we'll know it works.

We use AI agents to move fast, and keep a human accountable for every release, every claim and every line that ships.

Release trains
Small, tested releases, often. Problems drivers report in LAPAN Nav are tracked until they're fixed, and the driver is told.

LAPAN Nav runs on Google Cloud and Firebase in Singapore, the closest region to Malaysia.
